﹛﹛Hangzhou Mingxiang Machinery Manufacturing CO., LTD founded
in year 1999 is a precision casting enterprise that specializes
in automobile fittings, various spare parts of architecture
machinery, all kinds of agricultural mechanical fittings and
bearings series.
﹛﹛The company occupies an area of 6,000
square meters. Now there are more than 120 staff, 13 professional
technicians and 2 senior engineers in our company.
﹛﹛The company has a whole set of testing
equipments. Operation is according to program files of casting
and machining procedure. Every casting's check and acceptance
has original record for future reference. Molten steel is assayed
the chemical composition before and after fusion. There are
three groups of test samples in every batch of fusion. Various
heat treatment projects are adopted according to different requirements
of products to ensure mechanical property of products. Castings
are returned furnace and complete anneal to eliminate the inside
stress of castings. When castings leave factory, they are attached
with reports of chemical components and mechanical property
to guarantee the quality.
﹛﹛Our staple products are: all kinds of carbon steel and alloy
steel castings. We have our own machining base. Products are
mainly sold to a dozen of countries, such as U.S.A., Canada,
West Europe, Japan, Australian, and so on.
